Luckily, we have an expanded weapon arsenal at our disposal - Object Delta uses, among others things, firearms, the giant drill, and the powerful pneumatic Rivet Gun. Big Sisters not only are incredibly fast and agile but also well-equipped so facing them can prove difficult even for such behemoth as the protagonist. They appear once we have dealt with all Little Sisters in a given location. Apart from splicers and other Big Daddys, which aren’t challenging for the Object Delta to defeat, we can encounter new adversaries: the so-called Big Sisters. The protagonist stands out from among his kin with the ability to use Plasmids - the aforementioned supernatural abilities that let us, for example, control elements or use telekinesis. Given that we do not assume the role of an ordinary man but a Big Daddy prototype, the developers managed to introduce many changes and enhancements to the gameplay. Walking around the ocean floor is possible thanks to a diver suit that the protagonist wears. For the purposes of the game, the developers prepared a number of new locations such as Fontaine Futuristics which is a kind of a ADAM processing plant.

These powerful creatures were created to protect Little Sisters which, in turn, are tasked with acquiring ADAM from the bodies of dead Rapture citizens. The main protagonist is Object Delta - one of prototype Big Daddys.
